If you need to ship items to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for use at the convention, please follow the instructions listed below.

Hours of Operation
Normal hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend and Holiday coverage will be scheduled or handled on an as needed basis.
Incoming Materials
All packages regardless of service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, or freight) need to be addressed as follows:

Personal packages for guests will be taken to the Concierge's Desk located inside the Grand Sandestin Hotel.
Conference packages and freight will be held and then delivered to the scheduled location of the conference or a designated holding area based on communication with the Conference Services Manager, Attendees, and the Sandestin 12-Day Report. Long term storage is not available. Items shipped within 72hours of arrival/conference start are ideal for processing and handling. A handling fee of $0.53 per pound is assessed for this service. Please contact the Conference Services Manager or Shipping & Receiving for payment arrangement.
Shipping & Receiving uses a barcode system based on shipping tracking numbers to maintain visibility of packages coming into and delivered on property. With the volume of packages moving thru the Resort it is strongly recommended to have tracking numbers available whenever making inquiries concerning packages.
Payment Options
- Cash all major credit cards accepted.
- Charge to Guestroom. You must be a registered Guest at the Sandestin
Golf and Beach Resort. Charges will be billed to your room and payment is
required at time of checkout.
- Charge to Group. If a Group Master Account has been set up, charges may
be posted to this account. Contact the Conference Services Manager for
more details on this option.
-C.O.C. deliveries will not be accepted unless payment arrangements are made in
advance.
Outgoing Shipments
Outgoing items must have a completed waybill (DedEx, UPS, DHL) or prior fright arrangements for each box, item, container, and booth with approved account number and be ready to ship. Shipping & Receiving requires notification to schedule pickup arrangements after the conclusion of a conference. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will not be held responsible for items abandoned or unattended.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and/or Resort Express will not be held liable for ANY delays, lost, misplaced, damaged packages or freight to or from Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort due to incomplete or inaccurate information on shipping documents. This includes, but not limited to, materials delivered to conference areas based on 12-Day report, Letter of Agreement, or information on the Exhibit Addendum as prepared by Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
